Our staff are here to help you. Our aim is to be as polite and helpful as possible to all patients.
If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately by any member of staff, or you are not happy with the service you have received, then please bring this to the attention of either the Practice Manager or the Business Manager who will be happy to address your concerns.
Shouting, swearing or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated either on the phone or in person. under any circumstances.
Patients who are abusive to our staff may be asked to leave the practice and register elsewhere for medical services.
